  Exactly as described

  Ran it against a site we had inherited and it found two files we would never have looked for. The seal has been useful on our checkout page. Have moved the rest of our certificates over to them since.

  Set the scan against our main site and had a usable report the same day. The report separates what is urgent from what can wait, which helps. Had to email twice before I got an answer, but it was sorted after that.

  Mixed experience

  Picked this up after a client asked how we monitor the site for malware. False positives have been rare enough that we still read every report. Docking a star for the wait, not for the certificate itself.
