We sell certificates, not your data.
This page explains exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and who else ever sees it. There are no advertising trackers on this website, and we honour your browser’s Do Not Track setting.
01 What we do with your information
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us – such as your name, address, email address and phone number.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address, which helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Your IP address is also what tells us which country you are in, so that prices can be shown in a sensible currency – see Cookies.
Email marketing (if applicable): with your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
We do not send spam or unsolicited email. We only email you if you asked us to, or because we are dealing with an order, a certificate or a support request of yours.
We never sell, rent or trade your email address to anyone. Every marketing email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time – including by simply replying and asking us to stop.
02 Consent
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt in you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, and for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at help@sslretail.com.
03 Disclosure
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law of land to do so, or if you violate our Terms of Service.
04 Payment
We do not store your card details. Ever. They are entered on, and held by, the payment gateway – not by us.
We use Razorpay, PayPal and UPI for processing payments. We, Razorpay and PayPal do not store your card data on our servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
UPI payments are processed directly by your bank or UPI application over the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) network. We do not have access to, and do not store, your UPI PIN or bank login credentials.
Our payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. These requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

05 Third-party services
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in, or have facilities located in, a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

Once you leave our store’s website, or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or by our website’s Terms of Service. When you click on links on our store they may direct you away from our site; we are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
06 Security
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
07 Cookies
This site sets two cookies. Both are strictly necessary for the store to work, and neither is used to identify you or to follow you around the internet.
About the currency cookie
On your first visit we set a cookie that records the currency prices should be displayed in. This is done purely to improve your experience on the site: it means you see prices in a currency that is relevant to you from the very first page, and that every page you visit afterwards shows the same currency instead of switching as you browse.
The initial choice is made from your country, which is determined from your IP address using a lookup database stored on our own server – no third-party geolocation service is contacted, and your IP address is not shared with anyone for this purpose.
You can change the currency at any time using the currency selector in the site header, and your choice then replaces the one we set. This cookie is used only to display prices and to keep your cart consistent with them. It is not used to identify you, to profile you, or to track you on other websites.
08 Do Not Track
Yes – we do honour Do Not Track. If your browser or device sends a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal, or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we respect it and we do not track you.
We do not use any third-party tracking scripts or advertising scripts on this website. There are none to disable, for anyone, whether or not such a signal is sent.
Most websites answer this question with “we do not respond to Do Not Track signals”. We can give a straight answer instead, because there is nothing on this site doing the tracking in the first place:

The only cookies we set are the strictly necessary ones described in Section 7 – the session cookie and the currency cookie – which keep your session, your cart and your displayed prices working while you are on our site. 09 Age of consent
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
10 Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
