  Works, but took a while

  Signed our Windows installer with this and the SmartScreen warnings stopped appearing. Signed binaries pass our customers own security checks now. Had to email twice before I got an answer, but it was sorted after that.

  Straightforward purchase

  We sign every release build with this now. The setup was a one-off effort. The publisher name shows correctly on the installer. The only thing I would change is nothing. It did what it said.

  Our users stopped emailing about the unknown-publisher dialogue within a day of switching. Support explained the hardware token requirement before we ordered, so nothing surprised us. Have moved the rest of our certificates over to them since.

  Easy to install

  Identity verification was thorough but the instructions told me exactly what to send. The certificate works with signtool without any extra configuration. Already ordered a second one for another project.

  Our download numbers improved once the unsigned-publisher warning went away. The publisher name shows correctly on the installer. Renewal reminder arrived well before expiry, which I appreciated.

  Fair for the price

  Identity verification was thorough but the instructions told me exactly what to send. Timestamping works, so signatures stay valid after the certificate expires. Took longer than the estimate on the product page, though.

  Cheapest code signing

  I find this better low-cost code signing and it validates only domain not the business!!
