  Renewed without a hitch

  Set the scan against our main site and had a usable report the same day. Setup was one DNS record and nothing else. The only thing I would change is nothing. It did what it said.

  Okay overall

  The findings were specific enough that our developer could act on them directly. False positives have been rare enough that we still read every report. Would have been five stars if the validation step had been explained upfront.

  Ran it against a site we had inherited and it found two files we would never have looked for. Scheduled scans mean we hear about problems before a customer does. Renewal reminder arrived well before expiry, which I appreciated.
