  Worth it

  Validation was a single email click. No documents, no phone call, no waiting on anyone. SSL Labs gave us an A once it was configured properly. Support answered on the first try, at an hour I did not expect anyone to be awake.

  Okay overall

  Bought this for a client site and it was issued within about ten minutes. The CSR instructions were clear enough that I did not need to look elsewhere. Would have been five stars if the validation step had been explained upfront.

  Mixed experience

  Cheapest price I found anywhere for this product, and it is the same certificate. Chain installed cleanly on nginx with no intermediate certificate hunting. The instructions could be clearer about the intermediate certificate.

  Works, but took a while

  Renewed my old certificate with this one and had zero downtime. The site seal and the padlock both showed up straight away. Docking a star for the wait, not for the certificate itself.
