  Does the job, slowly

  Moved from a domain-validated certificate to this one for the extra credibility. They told us upfront which documents would be needed, so nothing was wasted. Had to email twice before I got an answer, but it was sorted after that.

  Our compliance team wanted the organisation name inside the certificate, and this delivered it. No browser warnings anywhere since the day it went in. Would have been five stars if the validation step had been explained upfront.

  Worth it

  Our registrar details had to match the certificate exactly, and support checked that before submitting. The certificate shows our registered company name exactly as filed. Support answered on the first try, at an hour I did not expect anyone to be awake.

  Company verification took a couple of days, which is normal for an OV certificate. Support chased the certificate authority on our behalf when it stalled. Recommended if you want this done without a fuss.

  Ordered on behalf of our IT department. Paperwork was handled without much back and forth. Renewal a year later reused most of the verification, so it went faster. Would buy here again without hesitating.

  Okay overall

  Company verification took a couple of days, which is normal for an OV certificate. Renewal a year later reused most of the verification, so it went faster. Took longer than the estimate on the product page, though.
