  Decent, could be smoother

  Used this for signed PDFs that our clients need to verify. Works as described. Signature validates in every reader we tried. Had to email twice before I got an answer, but it was sorted after that.

  Fine, with one caveat

  Replaced an expired signing certificate with this one and nothing in our workflow changed. The token drivers installed without a fight on Windows 11. Took longer than the estimate on the product page, though.

  The video verification step took ten minutes and the certificate followed the same day. Support stayed on the call until the signature appeared correctly. Happy to have found a supplier that answers questions properly.

  Excellent service

  Needed a signing certificate for filing documents and this was straightforward to obtain. The certificate details match our registered particulars exactly. Better price than the certificate authority charges directly, for the identical product.

  Does the job, slowly

  No paperwork, no delay

  Filed our returns with this signature and the portal accepted it first time. The certificate details match our registered particulars exactly. Have moved the rest of our certificates over to them since.

  Which class of DSC needed to register on EPFO website by employe

  I need to which class of DSC needed for epfo website for emplayer, approving epfo claim.
  The DSC should be Signature only or both signature and encryption?

  Class 2 eMudhra DSC works for all purpose

  In most of the cases class 2 DSC is sufficient, except the cases like eAuction and import export where class 3 DSC is required. Class 3 DSC is highly trusted than class 2.
