  Does the job, slowly

  Used this for signed PDFs that our clients need to verify. Works as described. Signature validates in every reader we tried. Took longer than the estimate on the product page, though.

  The verification steps were explained clearly, which is not always the case. The token arrived quickly and was ready to use. Docking a star for the wait, not for the certificate itself.

  Decent, could be smoother

  Ordered this for e-tendering and the registration went through without a rejection. The token drivers installed without a fight on Windows 11. Had to email twice before I got an answer, but it was sorted after that.

  Prompt and professional

  Replaced an expired signing certificate with this one and nothing in our workflow changed. Signature validates in every reader we tried. The only thing I would change is nothing. It did what it said.

  Works, but took a while

  Ordered this for e-tendering and the registration went through without a rejection. Renewal was simpler than the first issue, as expected. The instructions could be clearer about the intermediate certificate.

  This certificate is for company directors

  This eMudhra class 2 DSC is valid for company directors. Each director need one DSC certificate in password protected USB eToken hardware.
