  Okay overall

  The blacklist check alone was worth it, since that is what our host complains about. Setup was one DNS record and nothing else. Docking a star for the wait, not for the certificate itself.

  Solid certificate, fair price

  The findings were specific enough that our developer could act on them directly. Scheduled scans mean we hear about problems before a customer does. Recommended if you want this done without a fuss.

  No paperwork, no delay

  Ran it against a site we had inherited and it found two files we would never have looked for. False positives have been rare enough that we still read every report. Happy to have found a supplier that answers questions properly.

  Worth it

  Picked this up after a client asked how we monitor the site for malware. It flagged an outdated plugin before it became a problem. Better price than the certificate authority charges directly, for the identical product.

  A few hiccups

  Bought this for the compliance report rather than the seal, and it does that job. The seal has been useful on our checkout page. The checkout flow confused me at the add-ons step.

  No problems at all

  The blacklist check alone was worth it, since that is what our host complains about. The report separates what is urgent from what can wait, which helps. No complaints at all. Straightforward transaction.

  Good price, real support

  Set the scan against our main site and had a usable report the same day. False positives have been rare enough that we still read every report. Have moved the rest of our certificates over to them since.
