    Fast issuance

The blacklist check alone was worth it, since that is what our host complains about. Scheduled scans mean we hear about problems before a customer does. The only thing I would change is nothing. It did what it said.

      Sorted in one afternoon

Picked this up after a client asked how we monitor the site for malware. The seal has been useful on our checkout page. Would buy here again without hesitating.

        Issued in minutes

The findings were specific enough that our developer could act on them directly. Setup was one DNS record and nothing else. No complaints at all. Straightforward transaction.

          Reliable supplier

Set the scan against our main site and had a usable report the same day. False positives have been rare enough that we still read every report. Happy to have found a supplier that answers questions properly.

            Straightforward purchase

We run this weekly now and the report lands in my inbox without me remembering to ask. The report separates what is urgent from what can wait, which helps.

              Solid certificate, fair price

Bought this for the compliance report rather than the seal, and it does that job. It flagged an outdated plugin before it became a problem. Better price than the certificate authority charges directly, for the identical product.

                Good price, real support

Picked this up after a client asked how we monitor the site for malware. Setup was one DNS record and nothing else. Already ordered a second one for another project.

                  Clear instructions

Ran it against a site we had inherited and it found two files we would never have looked for. False positives have been rare enough that we still read every report. No complaints at all. Straightforward transaction.

                    Smooth from start to finish

The findings were specific enough that our developer could act on them directly. Setup was one DNS record and nothing else. Would buy here again without hesitating.

                              Painless renewal

The findings were specific enough that our developer could act on them directly. The seal has been useful on our checkout page. Have moved the rest of our certificates over to them since.

                                Easy to install

Set the scan against our main site and had a usable report the same day. Scheduled scans mean we hear about problems before a customer does. Support answered on the first try, at an hour I did not expect anyone to be awake.

                                  Better than our last provider
