  Good value

  The blacklist check alone was worth it, since that is what our host complains about. The seal has been useful on our checkout page. Support answered on the first try, at an hour I did not expect anyone to be awake.

  Clear instructions

  Set the scan against our main site and had a usable report the same day. Scheduled scans mean we hear about problems before a customer does. Better price than the certificate authority charges directly, for the identical product.

  Prompt and professional

  Bought this for the compliance report rather than the seal, and it does that job. It flagged an outdated plugin before it became a problem.

  Works, but took a while

  Picked this up after a client asked how we monitor the site for malware. The report separates what is urgent from what can wait, which helps. Would have been five stars if the validation step had been explained upfront.

  Mixed experience

  We run this weekly now and the report lands in my inbox without me remembering to ask. False positives have been rare enough that we still read every report. Took longer than the estimate on the product page, though.

  Painless renewal

  The blacklist check alone was worth it, since that is what our host complains about. Setup was one DNS record and nothing else. Have moved the rest of our certificates over to them since.

  Easy to install

  Does the job

  Ran it against a site we had inherited and it found two files we would never have looked for. It flagged an outdated plugin before it became a problem. No complaints at all. Straightforward transaction.
