  Got there in the end

  Cheapest price I found anywhere for this product, and it is the same certificate. Reissuing after I changed servers cost nothing and took minutes. The checkout flow confused me at the add-ons step.

  Fine, with one caveat

  Validation was a single email click. No documents, no phone call, no waiting on anyone. Works on every browser I have tested, desktop and mobile. The instructions could be clearer about the intermediate certificate.

  A few hiccups

  Renewed my old certificate with this one and had zero downtime. The site seal and the padlock both showed up straight away. Took longer than the estimate on the product page, though.

  Better than our last provider

  Bought this for a client site and it was issued within about ten minutes. SSL Labs gave us an A once it was configured properly. Renewal reminder arrived well before expiry, which I appreciated.

  No paperwork, no delay

  Needed HTTPS on a small site without any paperwork, and this was exactly that. The CSR instructions were clear enough that I did not need to look elsewhere. Happy to have found a supplier that answers questions properly.

  Prompt and professional

  Third certificate I have bought here and the process has been identical every time. Works on every browser I have tested, desktop and mobile. Better price than the certificate authority charges directly, for the identical product.
